Wilmington Nanny Agency will provide you with as many nanny candidates as possible based on the information provided above. We will also meet with you in your home to obtain additional information prior to the start of the nanny search. All reference and background checks will be done on nanny candidates prior to the nanny search, however a printed copy of that information will only be released to you after you have made a serious employment offer to a candidate. I agree to pay a one time nonrefundable application fee of $100.00 to begin the nanny search. I understand that there are additional fees if I hire a nanny referred by Wilmington Nanny Agency, and agree to pay those referral fees at the time the nanny is hired, regardless of the start date of employment of the nanny. A late payment will result in a 10% late fee in addition to the payment already owed. Return checks are subject to a $35.00 service fee. There is a 90 day replacement policy at no additional cost if the nanny match does not work out, and a sliding scale discount after 90 days, additional restrictions may apply.
